Data Access (Not Collection)

Sprint90 does NOT collect or store your data on external servers. The app only accesses data locally on your device to provide fitness tracking services:

• HealthKit Data: With your permission, the app reads workout data, heart rate, and health metrics directly from Apple HealthKit on your device
• Location Data: GPS coordinates are processed locally during workouts for route tracking and performance analysis
• Local Storage: All workout data is stored exclusively in Apple HealthKit on your device
• No External Transmission: Your health and workout data never leaves your device or iCloud account

How Data is Used

All data processing happens entirely on your device:

• Track and analyze your athletic workouts and performance locally
• Provide personalized fitness insights and trends using on-device processing
• Sync data between your Apple Watch and iPhone via Apple's secure ecosystem
• Display statistics and visualizations based on your local HealthKit data
• All calculations and analytics are performed locally on your device

Data Storage and Security

Your data stays on your device, period:

• 100% Local Storage: All workout and health data is stored exclusively on your device via Apple HealthKit
• No Backend Servers: Sprint90 has no backend servers or databases - we cannot access your data because we never receive it
• Apple HealthKit Only: Data is securely managed through Apple's HealthKit framework with end-to-end encryption
• iCloud Sync: If you use iCloud, your HealthKit data syncs across your devices via Apple's secure infrastructure - Sprint90 never sees this data

Data Sharing and Collection

We have no access to your data, so we cannot share it:

• Zero Data Collection: Sprint90 does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers
• No Third-Party Sharing: Since we don't collect your data, it's impossible for us to share it with anyone
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use analytics services, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking
• Completely Private: Your workout data exists only in your device's HealthKit - we have no access to it

Your Rights and Controls

You have full control over your data:

• HealthKit Permissions: You can revoke access to HealthKit data at any time in iOS Settings
• Location Services: You can disable location tracking in iOS Settings
• Data Deletion: Delete workout data directly from the Health app
• App Removal: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data

Children's Privacy

Sprint90 is a sports and fitness tracking app rated 4+ on the App Store. The app is designed for anyone who can wear an Apple Watch and engage in athletic activities. While the app is accessible to users of all ages, we recommend parental guidance for younger users to ensure safe and appropriate use of fitness tracking features. Parents should supervise their children's use of the app and help them understand proper workout practices and health data privacy.
